I, like you, wanted to feel better about myself and re-energize my life. I wanted an approach that was simple and easy to follow, recognizing that it would still require an effort on my part to achieve success - emotionally and physically.

Success takes desire, dedication, and a willingness to take a chance on yourself.

Unfortunately, much of what has been written on exercise and nutrition is sometimes a complication of everyday common sense. It is my goal to re-establish a sensical approach to living, and affirm the fact that you do not need to be a scholar to achieve success.
